Hi, I am Malcolm

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian, binge-eating-specialised dietitian, and lived-eating-disorder-experience health professional.

One thing I have learned from helping people stop bingeing and through my binge eating disorder recovery is that binge eating is a way your body tries to communicate with you.
It could be your unresolved childhood trauma, unexplored emotional blindspot, unsatisfied body needs,.....

So, as a practitioner, my mission is to help you understand yourself from a food and nutrition perspective so that you can make peace with your body and achieve food freedom.
