Why Dietetics?

Malcolmā€™s interest in nutrition begins with a not-so-pleasant time living with a binge eating disorder. Growing up in a dieting culture, he has tried numerous extreme diets that promise to bring health and weight loss, including a 21-day fasting. However, it only drove my binge eating disorder to its worst state.

Until 4 years into the self-help binge eating recovery, Malcolm had discovered the power of my inner body cues. Then, the journey of becoming an intuitive eater and healing trauma drastically improved his confidence and quality of life.

Hence, Malcolm grew an interest in nutrition and psychology. Now, as a registered dietitian, he uses his personal and professional experience to specialise in helping people who struggle with binge eating to end binge eating to regain control of their life without relying on restriction and willpower.
